If you maintain this diet, it’s amazing what ailments won’t modify you. Make sure 100 % of what you eat goes into keeping you healthy, not decent alive. And let the doctors starve!
Another really important angle of natural health is your health care modality. Obviously that’s going to be a natural one. Which you choose is a very personal matter.
